At Rooted, we always look to prevent the laundering of money and will report any suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency. 

Should any customer refuse to comply with our AML checks, we will be unable to conduct any business with said customer. 

Copies of customer due diligence checks will be kept for the duration required to meet legal obligations. They will be stored in a suitable facility, which, to clarify, may encompass electronic storage exclusively.
