Rooted is an estate agent with short contracts, all we ask is 21 days’ notice at any point, (if you think someone else can sell your home faster, we’re happy to let them try).
Our Approach
We’ve redesigned the business of selling and renting homes in East London from the ground up. We charge low commissions (we can afford to, we’re good at what we do). We don’t make you sign a long contract and we don’t mess our clients around – we’re transparent in everything we do.
The Founders
Rooted’s two founders (who happen to be best friends) both started out at East London’s biggest estate agent. There, they were consistently the highest grossing agents for sales and lettings. But they couldn’t help but feeling there was a better way to do business – so now, they’re doing it.
No Long Contracts
No Delegation
Rooted is completely independent and there is no one at the top of the tree to please, so we can concentrate on the job in hand – your home. You know if you list with Rooted, your property will be handled by one of our two founders – not a junior or a temp.
No Big Commissions
Rooted is launching with a 50% reduction in commission to our first 50 clients for sales and the first 6 months of a tenancy for Lettings. So you get the borough’s most experienced agents, for a fraction of the cost of our competitors.
Our Community
Rooted is part of the community and we plant a tree for every house we sell in East London. For every board we erect, we will donate to a local charity. We help fund local schools and we’ve got all sorts of plans to work with and initiate community projects like cleaning up parks.
