No Big Commissions

We don’t do things by halves – except our commission. We are offering 50% discount for our next 50 clients to celebrate our launch.

No Long Contracts

Rooted is an estate agent with short contracts, all we ask is 21 days’ notice at any point, (if you think someone else can sell your house faster, we’re happy to let them try).

No Delegating to Juniors

The two founders of Rooted are the people who will be selling your home. We personally handle every single sale – no office junior or trainee will touch your account.
