We’re currently working on our first East London office. In the meantime, while we’re online only, we’re offering a special digital rate – we’ve saved money on rent, so you can save it on commission.
Why sell through us?

No long contracts
Rooted is an estate agent with short contracts, all we ask is 21 days’ notice at any point, (if you think someone else can sell your house faster, we’re happy to let them try).
No delegating to junior members of staff. You get the A game (And the A team)
The two founders of Rooted are the people who will be selling your home. We personally handle every single sale – no office junior or trainee will touch your account.
No tailing off when the market gets tough
In our 20 years, we often saw initial enthusiasm tail off when certain houses didn’t get sold. We will put our heart and soul into selling your home. We don’t go quiet, or ever give up.
No shareholders/big bosses driving profits
Our only priority is our clients, not the demands of a big corporation or board.
