Rooted is an estate agent with short contracts, all we ask is 21 days notice at any point, (if you think someone else can sell your home faster, we’re happy to let them try).
In our 20 years, we often saw initial enthusiasm tail off when certain houses didn’t get sold. We will put our heart and soul into selling your home. We don’t go quiet, or ever give up.
Rooted is completely independent and there is no one at the top of the tree to please, so we can concentrate on the job in hand – your home. You know if you list with Rooted, your property will be handled by one of our two founders – not a junior or a temp.
We don’t do things by halves – except our commission! We are offering reduced rates to our clients for sales as well as on the first 6 months of a tenancy for Lettings. So you get the borough’s most experienced agents, for a fraction of the cost of our competitors.
